IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO REMEMBER:
  • STRATA PAYMENTS:  Before the 10th of January, April, July & October
  • Checks made to: VECINOS CLUB LA COSTA II, A.C.
  • CODE ACCESS: Don’t give the code access to strangers
  • WATER METER PAYMENT: To all Homeowners who haven’t paid for the purchase and  installation of the water meter please pay as soon as possible. The amount is $80 per unit. 
  • Establish a 1000 peso ($80 US) credit for your condo water account, in order to provide funds to pay the first water bill due July 1.
  • Each Homeowner to pay 1,500 peso ($125 US) levy for each condo unit to cover the installation of 4 new water cisterns.
  • PETS: Please pick up after your pets
  • POOLS: Don’t use glasses in the pool areas. Take a shower before using pools
  • PARKING is permitted only in your designated space or if you have a garage. The GREEN curbs are for loading and unloading 15 min max and the RED curbs are absolutely NO PARKING.  Parking in the dirt lot by the gate is permitted.
