The solar of pool 1 & 3 are working in the opposite direction in that way the water will be fresh in the morning 

SECURITY

So far we have had no thefts. The only thing that has been reported is a few people using the pool after hours allowed and using glasses in the pool and people making noise at night.

Water Service:

The water meters have been installed. We are taking monthly readings and monitoring for leaks. We had some leaking that was fixed immediately. We have 2 water cisterns that are not working and are being assessed for repair or replacement.
One of the irrigation pump is not working and had to be replaced.
The Association has placed a claim with Fonatur to recover the amount of $83,865.74 pesos spent by the association to rectify the grey water problem this winter. To date we are told that our claim was sent to the headquarters in Mexico City for review.

There is a new process for your payments:

1. The payee name in your check must be VECINOS CLUB LA COSTA II, A.C.
If there is another name the bank won’t accept the check

2. If you pay with Canadian check but the funds are in US Dollar, the sentence U.S. DOLLAR FUND or U.S. DOLLAR ACCOUNT must be printed in your check. The bank does not accept the check with the sentence handwritten
